Netherlands's Oil-type Sunflower Imports Open On Soft Tendency
PANAMA - May 17/22 - SNS -- Netherlands's imports of oil-type sunflowers in March plunged versus the previous month, according to data from Eurostat.
Total imports in the month amounted to 172 metric tons (MT), down 100% from the previous month's total of 39,121. So far imports have amounted to 66,065 MT, down from 68,271 in the same period the previous calendar year.
Current trade data showed Egypt was largest exporter, shipping 99 MT for the month. Moldova was the second most important supplier shipping 43 MT, followed by United States at 13 MT.
