Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Record Soft Opening
PANAMA - May 17/22 - SNS -- Shipments of confection sunflowers for Bulgaria fell sharply compared to the previous month in March, trade data from Eurostat reveals.
Shipments reached 8,143 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 78% from the 37,330 MT shipped the previous month. Exports so far total 88,604 MT, compared to 84,567 in the same period the previous calendar year.
The most recent movement data showed United States was most important destination, receiving 3,484 MT. Canada was the second most important destination receiving 1,374 MT, followed by Norway at 588 MT.
