Beans Worry About Plantings

PANAMA - Mar 25/22 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets were largely unchanged in seasonally quiet trading activity though concerns are emerging about prospective plantings.

This was reflected in the dry edible bean price index for the United States, which gained 0.6 points on the week to close at 122.6 points.

By contrast, the global pulse price index lost 1.8 points on the week to close at 120.7 while the Canadian index gained 0.7 points to finish at 125.6.
