Beans Ignore Weakness In Pulses

PANAMA - Feb 18/22 - SNS -- Few changes were reported in dry edible bean markets during the past week, despite continued weakness in the pulse complex.

This was reflected in the dry edible bean price index for the United States, which was unchanged on the week to close at 120.6 points.

By contrast, the global pulse price index lost 2.6 points on the week to close at 115.7 while the Canadian index continued its month long decline, dipping another 1.1 points to finish at 116.4 points.
