U.S. Pinto Beans Lead Market Advance
PANAMA - Sep 24/21 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets were unchanged to firmer in light grading activity during the past week, led by continued advances in U.S. markets.
By week's end, the dry edible bean price index for the United States gained 1.1 points on the week to finish at a record high 118.8.
By contrast, the global pulse price index slipped 1.1 points on the week to close at 119.6 while the Canadian index dropped 1.3 points to finish at 134.1.
