Field Pea Exports From Lithuania Record A Better Result
PANAMA - Jun 18/21 - SNS -- Export shipments of field peas for Lithuania rose slightly compared to the previous month in February, data from Eurostat shows.
Exports reached 6,762 metric tons (MT) for the month, up 4% from the 6,500 MT exported the previous month. Export sales so far total 13,262 MT, versus 61,752 in the same period the previous calendar year.
In the month, Netherlands was the number one buyer, receiving 3,516 MT. Latvia was the second most important importer taking 2,279 MT, followed by Poland at 481 MT.
