Mustard Markets in Neutral
PANAMA - May 28/21 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets were little changed in seasonally light trading activity during the past week.
There is optimism demand will improve during the coming marketing year as more entertainment venues open because of ongoing increases in the percentage of the population vaccinated against the COVID-19 coronavirus.
Demand from entertainment venues had been curtailed because of the pandemic. But, as more reopen and the number of people allowed to enter increases, demand for prepared mustard seed from that sector will improve.
