Lentils Still Waiting On India
PANAMA - May 21/21 - SNS -- Markets for lentils continue to be dominated by speculation India will reduce or eliminate import duties at some point this year.
The country's rabi season lentil harvest is complete, with some importers accumulating positions for shipment starting in June.
Combined with reduced grower selling interest in North America, this has contributed to continued price advances in grower and export markets.
