Modest Firmness in Mustard Market
PANAMA - Apr 24/20 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets were little changed, with processors reporting little buying pressure from the manufacturing sector.
The week ended with yellow and brown mustard values little changed, while oriental continues to show some underlying strength.
Market performance suggests significant declines in the volume of food products produced for hotel, restaurant and institutional (HRI) uses have not been entirely offset by at home demand.
