Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Open On Easy Tone
PANAMA - Apr 20/20 - SNS -- So far during this calendar year with a softer tendency, with confection sunflower shipments from Bulgaria sank relative to the previous month in February, according to trade data from Eurostat.
Export sales for the month totalled 11,386 metric tons (MT), down from 42,348 MT the prior month. This increased export sales so far during the calendar year to 53,734, down 22% last year.
United States was the biggest buyer, taking 6,347 MT. China was the second most important destination buying 674 MT, followed by Australia at 637 MT.
