Russia's Sunflower Seed Exports Manage Easy Performance
PANAMA - Mar 26/20 - SNS -- Are beginning this calendar year amanagedan easier performance, with sunflower seed exports from Russia fell compared to the previous month in January, judging from the most recent statistics from Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Export sales for the opening month of the calendar year totalled 154,451 metric tons (MT), down 21% from 194,767 MT the previous month. The statistics showed exports is up 1% from the 11,953 MT recorded during the same month last year.
The most recent trade data showed Turkey was most important buyer, receiving 81,136 MT. Bulgaria was the second most important buyer taking 35,621 MT, followed by Romania at 19,698 MT.
