Mustard Markets Advance
PANAMA - Nov 22/19 - SNS -- Mustard seed markets finished the week's trading on a firmer note, with markets somewhat concerned about available supplies of good quality product.
Yellow mustard showed the most strength on the week, followed by brown, while oriental was unchanged.
An unofficial break down of grade spreads by Saskatchewan Agriculture indicates the proportion of No 3 Canada product is up significantly from last year, rising from 1% to 10%.
