No Major Changes in Mustard
PANAMA - Jul 19/19 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets remain mostly unchanged in seasonally light trading conditions.
Some market participants remain doubtful yields in Canada will be average even though recent rainfall has improved crop conditions for most crops.
In the case of mustard seed, the proportion of crop rated poor or very poor jumped from 15% to 38% during the previous two weeks, while the proportion rated fair fell from 61% to 36%. On the other hand the percentage of fields rated in good condition advanced from 24% on July 3 to 35% on July 18.
