ILTA Dealer's License Suspended

WINNIPEG - Jul 12/19 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission has suspended the licenses of ILTA Grain Inc. of Surrey, British Columbia, effective July 11.

The CGC told farmers that if they are owed money they need to contact the CGC immediately. Farmers selling to the company after July 10 "will not be protected by security under the Canada Grain Act."

Earlier in the week the company filed for creditor protection under Canada's bankruptcy act.
