PANAMA - Jul 5/19 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets were unchanged on the week with markets watching crop development in western Canada.
Canada's crop is in mostly fair condition, with Saskatchewan Agriculture rating 10% of the crop as being in very poor conditions, 5% poor, 61% fair and only 24% in good condition.
The provincial agriculture department does not break out development by crop, but 57% of the province's oilseed crop is behind normal development and 42% normal.
