Few Changes in Chickpeas
PANAMA - Jun 1/19 - SNS -- Chickpea markets were little changed in relatively light trading during the past week.
Global inventories of kabuli type chickpeas remain well above prospective needs for medium and small caliber product.
Barring significant production problems in developing crops or the emergence of unexpected demand, it is hard to see how the supply situation will be resolved through at least the summer of 2020.
