China's Kidney Bean Exports Post A Firm Performance
PANAMA - May 15/19 - SNS -- Export shipments of kidney beans for China were up significantly, rising relative to the previous month in March, official trade data from General Customs Administration of China shows.
Movement during the month reached 15,297 metric tons (MT), up from 9,789 MT the prior month. This increased exports so far during the calendar year to 37,745, down 35% last year.
India was the most important consumer, receiving 5,948 MT. Italy was the second most important destination buying 1,498 MT, followed by Yemen at 1,472 MT.
