France's Soybean Imports Record A Improved Result
PANAMA - Apr 17/19 - SNS -- Imports of soybeans by France advanced versus the previous month in February, the latest data from Eurostat reports.
Total imports for the month amounted to 48,010 metric tons (MT), up 6% from the previous month's total of 45,353. So far imports have totalled 93,363 MT, down from 133,043 during the last calendar year.
The biggest origin for the month was United States, shipping 37,575 MT. Togo was the second most important shipper selling 6,840 MT, followed by Belgium at 1,838 MT.
