Sorghum Stocks Jump 37%

WASHINGTON - Mar 29/19 - SNS -- Grain sorghum stored in all positions on March 1, 2019 totaled 193 million bushels, up 37% from a year ago, according to the USDA's stocks in all positions report.

On-farm stocks, at 25.0 million bushels, are up 89% from last March. Off-farm stocks, at 168 million bushels, are up 32% from a year earlier. The December 2018 - February 2019 indicated disappearance from all positions is 66.1 million bushels, 24% below the same period last year.
