Soybean Exports From Netherlands Open On Weak Note
PANAMA - Mar 20/19 - SNS -- Shipments of soybeans for Netherlands posted massive declines, sinking compared to the previous month in January, available data from Eurostat shows.
The most recent statistics showed export sales during the month totalled 8 metric tons (MT), down 100% from 91,275 the previous month. Compared to the same month last year, exports were down 100% from 97,492 MT.
During the month, Norway was the biggest destination, buying 6 MT. Other was the second most important destination buying 1 MT, followed by Iceland at 1 MT.
