Kidney And White Bean Imports From Italy Reveal Easy Performance
PANAMA - Feb 22/19 - SNS -- Imports of kidney and white beans by Italy fell relative to the previous month in December, trade data from Eurostat reveals.
Imports during the month reached 11,842 metric tons (MT), down from 14,897 MT the prior month. This increased imports so far during the calendar year to 124,255, up 15% last year.
The number one exporter throughout the month was Argentina, supplying 4,188 MT. Canada was the second most important shipper selling 2,894 MT, followed by China at 2,687 MT.
