Oil-type Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Continue Weak Tone

PANAMA1 - Jan 15/19 - SNS -- Export shipments of oil-type sunflowers for Bulgaria posted massive declines, sinking compared to the previous month in November, official trade data from shows.

Shipments reached 1,086 metric tons (MT) during the month, down 83% from the 6,323 MT shipped the previous month. Exports so far total 302,570 MT, compared to 424,347 during the previous calendar year.

United States was the biggest consumer during the month, buying 455 MT. Moldova was the second most important destination buying 176 MT, followed by Canada at 172 MT.
