Czechrepublic's Oil-type Sunflower Imports Sustain Solid Trend
PANAMA1 - Jan 15/19 - SNS -- Imports of oil-type sunflowers for Czechrepublic rose slightly versus the previous month in November, official trade data from reveals.
Imports reached 15,687 metric tons (MT) in the month, up 4% from the 15,103 MT exported the previous month. Imports so far total 140,922 MT, versus 121,034 during the last calendar year.
Slovakia was the top shipper, selling 11,612 MT. Germany was the second most important supplier supplying 1,751 MT, followed by Hungary at 1,590 MT.
