Mixed Week In Beans
PANAMA - Oct 26/18 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note, with North American markets showing greater independence from price directions on world markets.
This was reflected in the U.S. spot index for beans, which inched up 0.3 points to finish the week at 113.7. Other major pulse price indices posted a mostly firmer finish for the week.
The Canadian pulse price index lost 0.3 points to finish at 124.9. The world pulse price index was eased 0.5 points to close at 139.1.
