Mustard Markets Unchanged
PANAMA - Sep 14/18 - SNS -- North American mustard seed markets finished the week's trading large unchanged.
Prices paid to Canadian growers were steady in local currency terms, but strength in the Canadian dollar saw them increase 1% in U.S. dollar terms.
Canada's harvest started the week 70% complete, suggesting around 128,000 metric tons (MT) of new crop product is now available to markets, compared to 100,000 at this time last year.
