Few Changes in Peas
PANAMA - Mar 23/18 - SNS -- International field pea markets were little changed against a short term improvement in bulk movement from Canada.
Ongoing purchases from China and other destinations have not replaced demand lost from India, but remains strong enough to support spot markets.
Markets are looking for this week's USDA seeding intentions report to show a decline in area in the United States, while the Canadian intentions to be released at the end of April are expected to show an additional drop.
