Yellow Mustard Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/17 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Mustard markets finished the 2016-17 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 21% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Yellow Mustard was CDN$30.62 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $38.58 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $34.80 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $28.75 per cwt in October.
