Australia -- South Australia Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Apr 26/17 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of South Australia was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high 1029 hPa south of Western Australia will move into the Bight on Thursday and is likely to remain stationary through to Monday. A weak front will move across southern coasts on Saturday and a more significant front will move across southern coasts later on Monday.
Forecast for the rest of WednesdayA slight to medium chance of showers over the agricultural area and far west coast, more likely in the Lower South East. Cool to cold in the south, grading to mild in the far northeast. Moderating to fresh southerly winds.Thursday 27 AprilPatchy early morning frost in the Flinders Ranges. A slight to medium chance of showers over most of the agricultural area and far west coast. Cool to cold with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Friday 28 AprilA slight to medium chance of showers over the agricultural area and far west coast. Cool with light to moderate southwest to southeasterly winds.Saturday 29 AprilA slight chance of showers over the agricultural area and far south of the pastoral districts. Cool to mild with mainly light southwest to southeasterly winds.Sunday 30 April
Morning fog patches over the agricultural area. A slight chance of showers over the agricultural area and south of the pastoral districts, reaching a medium chance near the coasts. Cool to mild with light and variable winds.
Cumulative rainfall totals until midnight Sunday are expected to be less than 2 mm, reaching 2 to 5 mm near central and eastern coasts and about the Mount Lofty Ranges.
Monday until WednesdayA slight to medium chance of showers about the agricultural area, far west coast and the south of the pastoral districts, increasing to a high chance about southern coasts later Monday. A slight to medium chance of showers extending into the north of the Northwest Pastoral on Tuesday, then contracting to southern and western coastal districts on Wednesday.The next routine forecast will be issued at 5:30 am CST Thursday.Product IDS10033
