Few Changes in Field Peas
PANAMA - Dec 23/16 - SNS -- Field pea markets were little changed in holiday season trading during the past week.
Markets are looking for the start of the new crop conference schedule with farmers for confirmation about the level of interest in maintaining or expanded plantings in 2017.
Grower attendance at key meetings, such as the Saskatchewan Pulse Growers annual conference in January, offer powerful guidance about the direction and emphasis for seeded area in the spring.
