Few Changes in Dry Beans

PANAMA - Nov 14/16 - SNS -- The world's dry edible bean markets finished last week's trading little changed in relatively light trading interest.

This was clearly reflected in the U.S. spot index for beans, which inched up 0.2 points on the week to finish the week at 149.1.

For the ninth week in a row, strength in other pulses helped lift the world pulse price index 1.1 points to finish at 192.8. At the same time, the Canadian index rose 0.6 points to finish at 184.9 for the seventh week over week increase.
