World Pulse Values Advance

PANAMA - Nov 7/16 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets were little changed in relatively light trading during the past week.

Markets in the United States recovered form recent harvest selling pressure, which was reflected the U.S. spot index for beans, which gained 1.9 points on the week to finish the week at 148.9.

Strength in other pulses helped lift the world pulse price index 1.8 points to finish at 191.7. At the same time, the Canadian index rose 3.3 points to finish at 184.3 for the sixth week over week increase.
