India Tenders for 7,500 MT Pulses
DELHI - Jul 5/16 - SNS -- India's MMTC Ltd. is tendering to buy 7,500 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment from origin between September 15 and October 15.
In separate tenders it is seeking offers of 5,000 MT of desi chickpeas from Australia, Canada and/or Africa. as well as 2,500 MT of No 2 or better whole red lentils from Canada and/or Australia.
Half the chickpeas are for shipment to Chennai Port and half to Nhava Sheva/JNPT; while the lentils are for shipment in containers to Kolkata Port.
Offers on both tenders are due on July 13.
