Unease As Seeded Area Reports Near
PANAMA - Jun 17/16 - SNS -- North American lentil markets continued to show unease as they approach the first estimates of this year's seeded area.
Statistics Canada will release its acreage estimate on June 29; while the USDA will update its seeded area estimate for the United States in its July 12 crop report.
The USDA's June 30 seeded area report is not expected to include data for lentils and field peas. But, it is expected to cover dry edible beans and white proso millet.
