Movement Supports Yellow Peas
PANAMA - Jan 29/16 - SNS -- International field pea markets continue to find underlying support from difficulty planting this year's rabi season pulse crops in India.
That has kept exporters confident about ongoing demand through November, making it easier for them to maintain asking prices for both current and new crop product at relatively high levels.
There was little movement in grower bids during the past week. Grower bids for yellow peas remain at decile 10 in Canada, which means they have never been higher.
