Bulk Lentil Shipments Bounce in December
WINNIPEG - Jan 29/16 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports 60,200 metric tons (MT) lentils were loaded for export through licensed facilities which are required to report to it all grain movement in December.
The CGC data does not include exports in containers or from non-reporting terminals.
The CGC reports 35,100 MT were shipped the same month last year, while movement is down from the 88,700 MT shipped the previous month.
