National Weekly Rice Summary (Arkansas-Louisiana-Texas-California) Domestic Trend In the south, long grain milled rice prices mostly steady instances .50 lower in Arkansas; medium grain milled rice prices mostly steady instance 2.00 lower off the high side in Arkansas. Parboiled prices mostly steady instance 1.00 lower in Arkansas; Second heads and Brewers prices mostly steady. Rice by- products: Rice Bran prices mostly steady instances 10.00 higher in Arkansas; Millfeed and ground hull prices 5.00 higher with only price quotes in Arkansas. In California, medium grain milled rice prices 2.00-3.00 lower. Second heads and Brewers prices steady to 1.00 higher. Rice by-products: Rice Bran prices mostly steady to 5.00 higher.
