Chickpeas Continue To Firm
PANAMA - Nov 29/15 - SNS -- Chickpea markets continued to strengthen through the past week against on account of worries production prospects for crops harvested in 2016.
The Argentine harvest continues to make progress, but a large part of the crop is suffering from water damage.
However, the slow pace of the harvest is contributing to market firmness by reducing quantities of small caliber chickpeas available to markets to meet short term needs.
