USDA National Grain Review

ST. JOSEPH - Nov 20/15 - SNS -- The USDA issued its latest weekly national grain market review, covering the period through Nov 20.

WEEKLY NATIONAL GRAIN MARKET REVIEW
   Compared to last week, grain and soybean bids traded mixed.  The lower U.S.
dollar and improved export sales lend support to the grains.  Corn saw
additional support as harvest is complete.  Corn harvest was reported at 96
percent completed.  Soybeans closed lower as Brazil has rain in the forecast and
attention turns to the South American crop.  Wheat was pressured by rains
throughout the winter wheat region.  Wheat was mostly 8 cents lower to 23 cents
higher.  Corn was mostly 2-14 cents higher.  Sorghum was 3-13 cents higher.
Soybeans were mostly 1-5 cents lower with Minneapolis trading 41 cents lower.
   WHEAT:  Kansas City US No 1 Hard Red Winter, ordinary protein rail bid was 3
3/4 to 12 3/4 cents higher from 5.42 1/2-5.61 1/2 per bushel.  Kansas City US No
2 Soft Red winter rail bid was not quoted.  St. Louis truck US No 2 Soft Red
Winter terminal bid was 8 cents lower to 7 cents higher from 4.30-4.50 per
bushel.  Minneapolis and Duluth US No 1 Dark Northern Spring, 14.0 to 14.5
percent protein rail, was 1 1/2 cents lower to 2 1/2 cents higher from 6.38 3/4-
6.63 3/4 per bushel.  Portland US Soft White wheat rail was not available per
bushel.
   CORN:  Kansas City US No 2 rail White Corn was 1 to 2 cents higher from 3.60-
3.66 per bushel.  Kansas City US No 2 truck Yellow Corn was 12 1/4 to 7 1/4
cents higher at 3.79 1/4 per bushel.  Omaha US No 2 Yellow Corn was 11 to 14
cents higher from 3.50-3.57 per bushel.  Chicago US No 2 Yellow Corn was 2 1/4
cents higher from 3.56 1/4-3.82 1/4 per bushel.  Toledo US No 2 rail Yellow corn
was 2 3/4 to 5 1/4 cents higher at 3.79 1/4 per bushel.  Minneapolis US No 2
Yellow corn rail was 4 1/4 cents higher at 3.37 1/4 per bushel.
   OATS AND BARLEY:  US 2 or Better oats, rail bid to arrive at Minneapolis 20
day was 17 3/4 cents higher from 2.57 3/4-3.02 3/4 per bushel.  US No 3 or
better rail malting Barley, 70 percent or better plump out of Minneapolis was
not available per bushel.  Portland US 2 Barley, unit trains and Barges-export
was not available.
   SORGHUM:  US No 2 yellow truck, Kansas City was 13 cents higher at 6.24 per
cwt.  Texas High Plains US No 2 yellow sorghum (prices paid or bid to the
farmer, fob elevator) was 3 to 4 cents higher from 5.69-5.88 per cwt.
   OILSEEDS:  Minneapolis Yellow truck soybeans were 41 cents lower at 8.00 per
bushel.  Illinois Processors US No 1 Yellow truck soybeans were 1 to 5 cents
lower from 8.75-8.82 per bushel.  Kansas City US No 2 Yellow truck soybeans were
3 cents lower at 8.70 per bushel.  Illinois 48 percent Soybean meal, processor
rail bid was 4.80 lower from 302.60-306.60 per ton.  Central Illinois Crude
Soybean oil processor bid was 11 points higher from 25.55-26.55 cents per pound.
