Australia -- New South Wales Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Sep 5/15 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high over southeast Australia extends a ridge into the state's west, bringing more stable atmospheric conditions to the region, though an upper trough moving through the northeast will lead to more unsettled conditions over the northeast tonight. The ridge is forecast to be slow-moving and remain the dominant feature over eastern Australia through the weekend, promoting fine weather in most inland districts while coastal parts may see a few showers. The next significant frontal system looks set to cross the state on Monday followed by another high moving into western Victoria by Wednesday night.
