United States Dark Red Kidney Dealer Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/15 - STAT -- U.S. Dark Red Kidney markets finished the 2014-15 marketing year with prices advancing 7% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $82.00 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $65.00 per cwt in November.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $75.67 per cwt in August, compared to the lowest monthly average of $67.00 per cwt in October.
