Canaryseed Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/15 - STAT -- Canadian Canaryseed markets finished the 2014-15 marketing year with prices offered to growers inching % below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Canaryseed was CDN$24.99 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $25.04 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $26.50 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $24.00 per cwt in June.
