USDA National Grain Review

ST. JOSEPH - Jun 19/15 - SNS -- The USDA issued its latest weekly national grain market review, covering the period through Jun 19.

WEEKLY NATIONAL GRAIN MARKET REVIEW
Soybeans closed with sharp gains as corn and wheat closed with lower bids for
the week. Soybeans found support from heavy rains from east Texas up through
the Ohio River Valley adding to already saturated fields from Tropical Storm
Bill. There are nearly 11 million acres of soybeans left to plant with near 7
million acres in states where it is very wet. There are concerns of acres not
getting planted and production being limited for both soybeans and corn. Corn
on Monday’s progress report showed 91 percent emerged and 73 percent rated good
to excellent. Temperatures next week are expected to be hotter which will be
helpful for drying out wet fields. Wheat closed 13-26 cents lower. Corn traded
