MELBOURNE - May 25/15 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of New South Wales was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.
Weather Situation A strong high pressure system lies over southeastern Australia. The high will move over the southern Tasman Sea on Wednesday and then it will continue to move east allowing a series of cold fronts to cross New South Wales over the latter half of the week. Forecast for the rest of TuesdaySlight chance of showers in the far west. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Early frost and fog patches on the ranges. Light winds. Dangerous surf conditions.Wednesday 27 MaySlight to medium chance of showers in the southern inland half. Partly cloudy elsewhere. Light winds tending north to northwesterly in the south. Dangerous surf conditions.Thursday 28 MayPartly cloudy on the far north coast and ranges. High chance of showers in the southern inland half and slight to medium chance of showers elsewhere. Northwest to northeast winds.Friday 29 MayPartly cloudy in the far northeast. Medium to high chance of showers elsewhere.
