Australia -- Victoria Weather Update

MELBOURNE - Mar 28/15 - SNS -- The current forecast for the state of Victoria was released by Australia's Bureau of Meteorology.

Weather Situation
A high pressure ridge extends from South Australia across Victoria to New South Wales. The system will drift slowly eastwards during Monday to be located over the Tasman Sea by Tuesday. A cold front will cross waters south of the Bight late Tuesday to enter the State on Wednesday.
Forecast for the rest of SundayMorning fog patches in the south clearing to a fine and mainly sunny day. Patchy high cloud across parts of the north. A mild to warm day with generally light winds and afternoon coastal seabreezes.Fire Danger -  Moderate to high.Monday 30 MarchAreas of morning fog patches clearing to a fine and mainly sunny day. Mild to warm with light winds and afternoon coastal seabreezes.Tuesday 31 MarchMorning fog patches. Fine and mainly sunny. A warm day with light winds tending northerly and afternoon coastal seabreezes.Wednesday 1 AprilScattered showers developing from the southwest during the morning and extending eastwards during the day with a change. Showers tending more isolated in the north and far east. Warm with freshening northwesterly winds, strong at times over the ranges and shifting cooler west to southwesterly during the day.The next routine forecast will be issued at 4:30 pm EDT Sunday.Product IDV10310
