Harvest Anticipation Eases Beans

VANCOUVER - Mar 27/15 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading unchanged to slightly easier in anticipation of new crop shipments from Egypt and Argentina.

This was reflected in the spot price index for U.S. origin pulses, which slipped 0.34 points on the week to 150.98.

The world export price index for pulses was also inched lower, losing 0.1 points to finish the week at 174.0. Canada's special crop index slipped 0.4 points to finish the week at 182.1.
