Eston Lentil Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/14 - STAT -- Canadian Eston Lentil markets finished the 2013-14 marketing year with prices falling 21% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
The average trading level for Eston Lentil was USD$24.94 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual market value of $31.74 during the previous three year period for machine dressed merchandise packed in bags delivered to Montreal.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $28.40 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $22.50 per cwt in April.
