Easier Tone in Dry Beans

VANCOUVER - Jun 7/14 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets maintained their easier tone through the past week as the number of sellers inched ahead of the number of active buyers.

Even so, the spot price index for U.S. origin pulses was unchanged at 165.91 points on the week. Most North American dry edible bean markets were nominally in limited trading interest.

Argentina's harvest is advancing, but most origin sellers maintained their defensive pocture as they wait to see this year's final yields and quality.
