Weaker Undertone in Edible Beans
VANCOUVER - May 16/14 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading with a weaker undertone as offers from exporters moved ahead of short term buying interest among importers.
Some sellers could be trying to get business on the books before the World Cup soccer competition gets underway in Brazil. That is expected to sideline most Latin American traders.
Brazil also harvested a relatively good crop of beans.
