Mixed Week In Dry Beans
VANCOUVER - Apr 26/14 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note despite a noticeable improvement in trading interest.
This has led some observers to speculate that next week's CICILS meeting in Capetown, South Africa could see more business than usual in Argentine origin white alubia beans.
Some exporters in that country worry that initial caution over production prospects has cost them too much market share to great northern bean sellers in the United States and Canada.
