LITTLE ROCK - Apr 14/14 - SNS -- The latest weekly rice market summary for the United States was released by the USDA today.

                             Domestic Trend
   In the south, long and medium grain rice prices mostly steady; parboiled prices
steady; second heads steady; brewers steady.  Rice by-products: rice bran mostly
25.00 to 40.00 lower; rice millfeed 5.00 lower; hulls mostly steady.  Louisiana
rough rice remains steady.
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady to firm; short grain
milled rice prices steady; second heads and brewers steady to firm.  Rice by-
products: rice bran trend not applicable; hulls steady.
