Rice by-products: rice bran mostly 25.00 to 40.00 lower; rice millfeed 5.00 lower; hulls mostly steady. Louisiana rough rice remains steady. In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady to firm; short grain milled rice prices steady; second heads and brewers steady to firm. Rice by- products: rice bran trend not applicable; hulls steady.
